&苍产蝉辫;运行人员：叁班倒，每班8.5小时，其他人员每天8小时，周六休息。
Operating staff: three shifts, 8.5 hours each shift, other staff 8 hours a day, rest on Saturday.

&苍产蝉辫;有试用期，转正后根据能力提拔岗位，相应工资同步上涨，每年开斋节、宰牲节有奖金。
