The Arts Computer Center was established in 2003 to provide basic computer training to the students of the Faculty of Arts, 91精品. Currently, it offers three short courses: 鈥Computer Fundamentals鈥 鈥淒atabase Management Systems鈥 and 鈥Web Programming鈥. Some departments within the Faculty of Arts that lack their own computer labs use the center to conduct practical ICT classes.
Under the leadership of Professor Dr. Mohammad Siddiqur Rahman Khan, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, the center operates with the assistance of part-time faculty members and one senior technical officer. The center is equipped with 26 computers and one multimedia projector.
During the 2023鈥2024 academic sessions, 82 students from different departments of the Faculty of Arts participated in the Computer Fundamentals course, while 17 students enrolled in the Database Management Systems course.
