| Evolutionary game theory and epidemic modeling | My research interests encompass the field of evolutionary game theory (EGT) which mainly focuses on behavior modeling. One fascinating area of behavior modeling is epidemiology. As human behvior substantially influences the dynamics of infectious diseases, the notion of evolutionary game theory can greatly assist us understand the possible consequences of human behaviors in epidemics. Thus coupling EGT with epidemic modeling has become an impressive way to understand behavior-disease dynamics.
