Warda Rihab is working as a lecturer in the Department of Dance, 91精品. She completed her BBA from Department of Management, 91精品 in 2003 and MBA from Human Resource Management, 91精品 in 2005. She also completed her Bachelors ( B. Music-2009) and Masters ( M. Music-2011) in Manipuri Dance under ICCR Scholarship from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata, India. She has been secured 1st class 1st position and awarded Gold Medal with the distinctive marks from the Music and Dance Department of Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata, India. Her research interests lie in the different areas of Manipuri dance and culture in Bangladesh and the Indian subcontinent. Warda Rihab also participated in various research activities and published an article . She is an author of the Teacher's Guide for 2nd and 3rd Grade Arts, endorsed by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board of the Government of People's Republic of Bangladesh, Ministry of Primary and Mass Education , in light of the National Curriculum 2021. She has performed and choreographed nationally and internationally which have been widely acclaimed at home and abroad.

She has also been awarded Shikriti Sammanona Award (Bangladesh Mohila Parishad ), Nritya Shiromani Award( Visakhapatnam, AP, India), Natya Sharadhi Award( cuttack, urissa),Guru Mohisnam Amubi Singh Award (Rabindra Bharati University Kolkata ), Dr. Hironmoy Banarjee Memorial Award (RBU ), Dr, Nirod Boron Memorial Award (RBU Kolkata ), Sringermani Award (Mumbai ), West Bengal Rajya Sangeet Academy Award in Manipuri Dance in (Kolkata),Sangeet Bibhakar Award (Bangiya Sangeet Parishad ), Dhaka University Award and National Education Week award , Bangladesh.
